摘 要:为解决扰动影响及产量受限情形下的优化配气问题,提出了一种鲁棒优化配气模型。利用PIPESIM和Matlab对历史数据、仿真数据分别进行建模和拟合,建立油藏压力扰动、油藏气液比扰动模型,再通过鲁棒优化理论建立鲁棒优化模型,利用进化算法求解。仿真结果表明,改进后的鲁棒优化配气方案能有效避免由于扰动存在而导致的产液量超过日产液处理能力所造成的资源浪费,同时在满足日产液量不超过上限的前提下尽可能提升产液量以保证井组生产的经济性。In order to solve the problem of optimal valve distribution under disturbance and limited output,a robust optimal valve distribution model based on robust optimization and evolutionary algorithm is proposed.PIPESIM and Matlab were first used to fit historical data and simulation data respectively,and establish the models of reservoir pressure disturbance and reservoir gas-liquid ratio disturbance.Then,the robust optimization model was established by robust optimization theory and solved by an evolutionary algorithm.The simulation results show that the improved robust optimized gas distribution scheme can effectively avoid the waste of resources caused by the disturbance under daily liquid production limitation,and ensure the economy of well group production.
