摘 要:目前,煤矿斜井跑车防护措施以被动式阻车器拦截为主,随着煤矿运输装备智能化的发展,矿车在主动防撞预警方面的研究是提升煤矿斜井运输智能化程度和提高跑车防护水平的发展方向。现将无线传感器应用在矿车上进行防撞预警与故障识别,传感器获得的数据通过基站传送到控制中心,获取矿车运行状态的准确信息,自动检测机车是否有失速、超速等情况的发生;研究了采用PLC判断出机车距离前方挡板的距离,然后将距离信息根据事先设定好的防撞预警策略进行分析和判断后,快速地将判断结果传递给绞车司机,提前将危险遏制,保证煤矿运输过程中的安全;仿真测试了基于雷达测速噪声抑制的跑车识别算法,3个目标回波的信噪比不小于20dB,仿真结果证明,雷达测速器选用的滤波算法能够满足测速要求,基对于提前预判跑车现象、提升煤矿斜井安全水平具有重要意义。At present,the protection measures of coal mine inclined shaft sports car are mainly intercepted by passive car stopper.With the development of intelligent coal mine transportation equipment,the research on active anti-collision early warning of mining car is the development direction to improve the intelligent degree of coal mine inclined shaft transportation and improve the protection level of sports car.In this paper,the wireless sensor was applied to the tramcar for anti-collision warning and fault identification.The data obtained by the sensor were transmitted to the control center through the base station to obtain the accurate information of the tramcar running state,and automatically detect whether the locomotive stalls and overspeed;PLC was used to judge the distance between the locomotive and the front baffle,and then the distance information was analyzed and judged according to the pre-set anti-collision early warning strategy.After that,the judgment results were quickly transmitted to the winch driver to curb the danger in advance and ensure the safety in the process of coal mine transportation;The car recognition algorithm based on radar speed measurement noise suppression was simulated and tested.The signal-to-noise ratio of three target echoes is not less than 20dB.The simulation experiment shows that the filtering algorithm selected by radar speed detector can meet the speed measurement requirements,which is of great significance for predicting the car phenomenon in advance and improving the safety level of inclined shaft in coal mine.
