摘 要:为省去传统双绕组无轴承电机中的独立悬浮绕组,提高转矩绕组占槽面积和电机功率密度,研究了一种具有定子12槽/齿、6极永磁转子的单绕组无轴承无刷直流电机(BL-BLDCM)新型结构。首先介绍了该电机的基本结构、电磁转矩和磁悬浮力的分时控制工作原理。然后基于ANSYS-Maxwell软件建立了单绕组BL-BLDCM的二维电磁场有限元仿真模型,分别以气隙长度、永磁体极弧系数和永磁体厚度等关键结构参数为参量,研究了结构单绕组BL-BLDCM的可控磁悬浮力和沿垂直轴向耦合径向力随相关参量的变化规律;研究结果可为12槽6极单绕组BL-BLDCM的结构优化设计提供理论参考依据。In order to eliminate the independent suspension winding in the traditional dual-winding bearingless motor,and to increase the slot area of the torque winding and the power density of the motor,a single-winding bearingless brushless DC motor(BL-BLDCM)with 12-slot/tooth stator and 6-pole permanent magnet rotor was studied in this paper.First,the basic structure of single-winding BL-BLDCM and the time-sharing control principle of electromagnetic torque and magnetic levitation force were introduced.Then,based on the ANSYS-Maxwell software,a two-dimensional finite element model of the single-winding BL-BLDCM was built.Then,taking the key structural parameters such as air gap length,pole arc coefficient of permanent magnet and thickness of permanent magnet as parameters,the variation laws of controllable magnetic levitation force and coupling radial force along vertical axis with related parameters were studied.The research results can provide a theoretical reference basis for the structural optimization design of the single-winding BL-BLDCM with 12-slot stator and 6-pole permanent magnet rotor.
