摘 要:【目的】本试验以同德老芒麦和DJ-01老芒麦的种子为试验材料,探究2份老芒麦种子萌发期的抗旱性。【方法】试验采用-0.1MPa、-0.3MPa、-0.5MPa、-0.7MPa、-1.0MPa的高分子渗透剂聚乙二醇-6000(PEG-6000)溶液模拟干旱胁迫,以蒸馏水为对照组(CK),测定两份老芒麦种子的发芽指标及其抗旱系数。【结果】当胁迫水势低于-0.1MPa时,老芒麦种子发芽率降至22%以下,发芽势降至10%以下;当胁迫水势低于-1.0MPa时,老芒麦种子均不萌发;当胁迫水势为-0.1~-0.3MPa时,利于老芒麦胚根的生长。【结论】干旱胁迫均抑制了两份老芒麦种子的萌发,且随着干旱胁迫强度的增强,其发芽率、发芽势、相对发芽率、相对发芽势等均呈现下降趋势;当胁迫水势较低时,干旱胁迫对老芒麦胚根的生长具有促进作用。【Objective】In this experiment,'Tongde'Elymus sibiricus and'DJ-01'Elymus sibiricus were used as test materials to investigate the drought tolerance during the germination period.【Methods】The experiment was conducted to simulate drought stress by using-0.1,-0.3,-0.5,-0.7,and-1.0 MPa of polymer osmotic agent polyethylene glycol-6000(PEG-6000),and distilled water as the control group(CK)to determine the germination indexes of the two Elymus sibiricus germplasm materials and their drought coefficients.【Results】When the stress water potential was lower than-0.1MPa,the germination rate of Elymus sibiricus materials decreased to less than 22%,and the germination potential decreased to less than 10%;when the stress water potential was lower than-1.0MPa,none of the Elymus sibiricus material germinated;when the stress water potential was-0.1~-0.3MPa,it was favorable to the germinal root growth of Elymus sibiricus.【Conclusion】Drought stress inhibited the germination of all the Elymus sibiricus materials,and showed a decreasing trend of germination rate,germination potential,relative germination rate,relative germination potential and other indexes of Elymus sibiricus with the increase of the intensity of drought stress;when the stress water potential was lower,the drought stress had a favorable effect on the growth of Elymus sibiricus radicle.
