摘  要:以紫乒乓菊小盆栽为研究对象,使用400~600 mg/kg CCC(矮壮素)与1000~5000 mg/kg B9(丁酰肼)组合处理乒乓菊,通过测定其株高、节间距、茎粗、单株侧蕾数、花冠直径、叶绿素含量等指标,比较不同配比的CCC和B9对盆栽乒乓菊生长及开花的调控效果。结果表明,低浓度的CCC与B9混合处理乒乓菊可达到单独使用高浓度B9的矮化效果从而降低成本。随着单独喷施CCC浓度增加,乒乓菊植株单株侧蕾数有减少的趋势,CCC和B9混合施用与单独B9施用相比单株侧蕾数也有减少的趋势。不同浓度CCC和B9混合喷施,均在一定程度上使乒乓菊花期延迟,花瓣颜色变浅,且高浓度混合时此现象更明显。600 mg/kg CCC与5000 mg/kg B9混合处理乒乓菊,会使其花瓣变成白色。1000 mg/kg B9与500 mg/kg CCC混合施用时作用效果最佳,其盛花期花朵直径最大,茎粗最粗,株高、节间长、叶厚中等。综上可知,CCC和B9对盆栽乒乓菊具有双重效应,500 mg/kg CCC与1000 mg/kg B9混合施用利于乒乓菊生长及开花调控,初步实现减少B9使用量,用低浓度CCC与B9混合施用对乒乓菊生长及开花的调控,为乒乓菊小盆栽规模化生产提供依据和实践指导。In this study,the cutting seedlings of‘pompon’were used as experimental materials,and potted‘pompon’with 400-600 mg/kg CCC mixed with 1000-5000 mg/kg B9 was treated.To compare the regulation effects of diffrent proportions of CCC and B9 on the growth and flowering of potted‘pompon’,related morphological indexes(plant height,internode length,stem diameter,the number of lateral buds per plant,crown diameter,chlorophyll content,etc.)were determined.The results showed that the combination of low concentration CCC and B9 could achieve the dwarfization effect of high concentration B9 alone and reduce the cost.With the increase of CCC concentration alone,the number of side buds per plant decreased,and the combination of CCC and B9 also decreased compared with that of B9 alone.Mixed spraying with different concentrations of CCC and B9 delayed the stage of chrysanthemum to a certain extent,and the petal color became lighter,and the phenomenon was more obvious when mixed with high concentration.Mixed with 600 mg/kg CCC and 5000 mg/kg B9,the flowers turn white.Mixed application of 1000 mg/kg B9 and 500 mg/kg CCC had the best effect,with the largest flower diameter,the largest stem diameter,plant height,internode length and medium leaf thickness.In conclusion,CCC and B9 had dual effects on potted‘pompon’.The mixed application of 500 mg/kg CCC and 1000 mg/kg B9 could facilitate the growth and flowering regulation of‘pompon’,and initially reduce the use of B9.The mixed application of low concentration CCC and B9 could regulate the growth and flowering of‘pompon’.It provided basis and practical guidance for potted‘pompon’production.
