摘 要:为了解云南省部分地区猪感染牛病毒性腹泻病毒(BVDV)的情况,对来自散养户和规模猪场的211份不同年龄段粪便样品进行RT-PCR分子生物学鉴定。结果显示,散养户和规模猪场的BVDV阳性率分别为16.67%和5.83%,哺乳仔猪、断奶仔猪、育肥猪和种母猪样品阳性率分别为7.58%、20.83%、11.76%和0,总阳性率为11.37%,表明云南省普遍存在猪感染BVDV情况。该研究结果为多种家畜混养情况下的BVDV防控提供了理论依据,今后应当提高BVDV与猪瘟病毒(CSFV)二者混合感染检测及其防控的意识。In order to understand the infection of pigs with BVDV in some areas of Yunnan Province,211 fecal samples of pigs at different ages from scattered-fed households and large-scale farms were identified by RT-PCR.The results showed that the BVDV positive rate of fecal samples of pigs in scattered-fed households and large-scale farms were 16.67%and 5.83%respectively,and the positive rates of BVDV in suckling piglets,weaning piglets,fattening pigs and breeding sows were 7.58%,20.83%,11.76%and 0 respectively,with a total positive rate of 11.37%.These results showed that pig herds were commonly infected with BVDV in Yunnan Province,which provided the theoretical basis for BVDV prevention and control in the mixed feeding of several kinds of livestock,the awareness of detection,prevention and control of mixed infection of BVDV and CSFV should be improved.
