摘  要:[目的]探索生防菌剂对番茄苗期生长的影响及对猝倒病的防治效果。[方法]在育苗基质中加入不同的生防菌进行发酵,在发酵后的育苗基质中加入猝倒病病原菌,进行番茄育苗。[结果]采用不同配比生防菌进行不同发酵时间处理,可显著降低番茄苗期的猝倒病发病率,且可促进番茄幼苗生长发育。[结论]番茄育苗基质发酵20和30 d处理组优于10 d处理组,其中以EM菌:哈茨木霉菌:枯草芽孢杆菌的处理组合为最佳,防控苗期的猝倒病效果较好。[Objective]To study the effects of biocontrol fungicides on the growth of tomato seedlings and the control of damping-off disease.[Method]Different biocontrol fungicides were added into the substrate,after fermentation,the pathogen of damping-off disease was added into the substratde for tomato seedling.[Result]The incidence of damping-off disease on tomato seedling was significantly reduced by using different ratio of biocontrol fungicides with different fermentation time,in addition,it could promote the growth and development of tomato seedlings.[Conclusion]The 20-day and 30-day substrate fermentation treatments were superior to the 10-day treatment,among them,EM bacteria:Trichoderma harzianum:Bacillus subtilis combination was the best,and the effect of preventing damping-off disease at seedling stage was better.
