摘　　要：本文结合2022年检验检测机构资质认定扩项评审中总氰化物盲样测定的实例,演示了流动注射仪测定总氰化物盲样的整个实验操作过程,并结合工作经验提出了一些关键操作技术要领,最后还总结了仪器常见故障的处理方法,供环境监测人员在实际操作时参考。This article combines an example of the total cyanide blind sample determination in the 2022 inspection and testing institution qualifi cation extension review to demonstrate the entire experimental operation process of using a flow injection instrument to measure total cyanide blind samples.Based on work experience,some key operational technical essentials are proposed,and finally,common troubleshooting methods for the instrument are summarized for reference by environmental monitoring personnel in practical operations.
