摘　　要：本文针对工业退役地块土壤污染状况的初步调查采样过程进行研究。土壤污染调查中最重要的就是采样点位数量的布置以及检测指标的准确性。由于城区土地越来越紧张,原来的一些工业企业用地就要转为居住用地、公共管理服务用地等,但在进行土地流转前,需要对土壤进行污染调查,通过初步的采样分析大致可以了解土壤的潜在环境风险,从而保证土地后续使用的安全。This paper studies the preliminary investigation and sampling process of soil pollution status in industrial decommissioned plots.The most important step in soil pollution investigation is the layout of the number of sampling points and the scientifi c nature of the detection indicators.Urban land is more and more nervous,originally located in the city of some industrial enterprise land will be converted into residential land,public management services,etc.,before the land circulation,Soil pollution investigation is required,through the preliminary sampling analysis can understand the potential environmental risks of soil,to ensure the safety of land subsequent use.
