摘  要:文章采用经过计量检定的高精度压力传感器和千分表,对RLJW-2000型岩石剪切流变实验机的法向和切向加载系统以及剪切系统框架刚度进行了自行校准检验。结果表明,该设备的法向、切向加载系统负荷精度满足设备精度等级要求,框架刚度对于超硬脆性岩石来说有一定局限性。该文验证并总结出的针对岩石力学实验室常用的大型岩石直剪实验系统(直剪仪)的简易自行校准方法,具有简单、快速、较为准确的特点,非常适用于实验室自行校准检验。The article self-calibrates and verifies the normal and tangential loading systems of the RLJW-2000 rock shear rheological experimental machine,as well as the stiffness of the shear system frame,by using the high-precision pressure sensor and dial gauges which had been undergone metrological verification.The results indicate that the load accuracy of the normal and tangential loading systems of the equipment meets the requirements of the equipment accuracy level,and the frame stiffness has certain limitations for super hard brittle rock.The simple self-calibration method for the large rock direct shear experimental system(direct shear apparatus)commonly used in rock mechanics laboratories,which is verified and summarized in this paper,is simple,fast and accurate,and is very suitable for laboratory self-calibration inspection.
