摘  要:岩石直接拉伸试验中普遍存在受拉偏心的问题,使得试验的成功率较低。该文研制了一套岩石直接拉伸试验对中装置,包括黏接对中装置和动态拉伸对中装置两部分,可直接匹配万能试验机和标准岩石试件使用。为验证该装置的可靠性,对8种不同类型的岩样开展了直接拉伸试验,准确获得了岩石抗拉强度、拉伸弹性模量等拉伸力学参数,以及岩石拉伸全应力-应变曲线,证明装置能够有效解决直接拉伸试验中岩石试件偏心受力的问题,也为工程提供了重要的直接拉伸力学参数。Eccentric tension is a common problem in rock direct tensile test,which makes the success rate of the test low.In this paper,a set of rock direct tensile test centering device is developed,including bonding centering device and dynamic tensile centering device,which can be directly matched with universal testing machines and standard rock specimens.In order to verify the reliability of the device,direct tensile tests are carried out on 8 different types of rock specimens.The tensile mechanical parameters such as tensile strength and tensile elastic modulus of rock,as well as the full stress-strain curve of rock in tension are accurately obtained through the tests,which proves that the device can effectively solve the problem of eccentric stress on rock specimens in direct tensile test,and also provided important direct tensile mechanical parameters for engineering.
