摘  要:为解决智能制造人才培养过程中实验平台资源设备不足、教学知识覆盖面窄、产教融合不足和投资效能低下等问题,该文采用柔性模块化的方式,通过设备、单元、系统逐层构建智能制造系统的各功能模块,集成MES、SCADA、仿真和管控等工业软件模块,搭建基于柔性模块化的智能制造工业级开放式实训平台。该平台结合智能制造相关专业知识和课程,建立了多层次的柔性定制开放式实训体系,兼顾实验/实训和科研。同时,该平台以实际工业场景需求为例设计实训项目,能够根据不同人才需求层次自主柔性定制智能制造实训模块和项目,平台延伸和覆盖了智能制造教学知识点范围,进一步挖掘了资源设备的教学价值。In order to solve the ubiquitous problems of insufficient experimental platform resources and equipment,narrow coverage of teaching knowledge,insufficient integration of production and education,and low investment efficiency in the process of intelligent manufacturing talent training,a flexible modular way is used to build each functional module of intelligent manufacturing system by equipment,unit and system layer by layer,and integrate industrial software modules such as MES,SCADA,simulation,control and so on,so as to build an industrial-level open training platform for intelligent manufacturing based on flexible modularization.The platform combines professional knowledge related to intelligent manufacturing with courses,and establish a flexible customized open training system for multi-level talent training of intelligent manufacturing,so as to take into account experiment,training and scientific research.Meanwhile,the platform takes the actual industrial scene requirements as an example to design training projects,intelligent manufacturing training modules and projects can be independently and flexibly customized according to different talent demand levels.The platform extends and covers the range of intelligent manufacturing teaching knowledge points,and further excavates the teaching value of resources and equipment.
