摘 要:该文从绿色环保角度出发,引导学生思考处理实验教学中回收Cr^(3+)废液的方法。实验制备了MnO_(2)改性麦饭石,并用XRD和SEM表征其结构;设计了分光光度法测定改性后麦饭石对回收Cr^(3+)废液的吸附作用;考查了吸附剂用量、吸附时间和温度对吸附性能的影响;得出在最佳吸附条件下的吸附率达到96.2%的结论。该创新设计实验综合了多个实验的相关知识和操作技能,有助于低年级本科生分析问题、解决问题能力的培养,拓展专业思维视野、培养创新意识、提升研究能力和科学素养。From the perspective of environmental protection,this paper guided students to think about the methods of recycling Cr^(3+)wastewater in experimental teaching.MnO_(2) modified Maifanshi was prepared experimentally and its structure was characterized by XRD and SEM.The spectrophotometric method was designed to determine the adsorption effect of modified Maifanshi on the recovery of Cr^(3+)wastewater.The effects of adsorbent dosage,adsorption time,and temperature on adsorption performance were investigated.The results showed that the adsorption rate reached 96.2%under the optimal adsorption conditions.This innovative design experiment integrates the relevant knowledge and operating skills of many experiments,which is conducive to the cultivation of the ability of junior undergraduate students to analyze and solve problems,expand their professional thinking vision,cultivate innovation awareness,and improve their research ability and scientific literacy.
