摘  要:传统设备监测方法缺乏智能化和实时性,在矿物加工实验室等特殊场合,对设备的状态进行实时监测尤为重要。该文基于图像识别技术构建了一套面向矿物加工实验室的设备状态监测系统,系统可实时监测实验室设备运行状态,能有效识别异常情况并远程报警,协助实验室负责人管理实验室设备。该系统在测试中运行良好,能够满足实验室日常管理的需求,提升了高校管理人员对实验设备的管理效率,为我国高校实验室智能化建设提供了参考。Traditional equipment monitoring methods lack intelligence and real-time performance.In special occasions such as mineral processing laboratories,real-time monitoring of equipment status is particularly important.Based on image recognition technology,this paper constructs a set of equipment condition monitoring system for mineral processing laboratories.The system can monitor the running state of laboratory equipment in real time,effectively identify abnormal conditions and remotely alarm,and assist the laboratory leader to manage laboratory equipment.The system runs well in the experimental test,which can meet the needs of daily laboratory management,improve the management efficiency of university administrators on experimental equipment,and provide reference for the intelligent construction of university laboratories in China.
