摘 要:以厦门某医技楼加固改造为实际案例,根据现场检测、安全性鉴定、抗震性鉴定,分析介绍了加固设计后续使用年限的取值。结合项目实际情况对几种不同整体抗震性加固方案进行比较分析。根据计算结果,分别运用不同的加固方式对框架梁、板、柱、梁柱节点进行加固。最后,总结了建筑加固经验并提出相关建议。Taking the reinforcement and renovation of a medical technology building in Xiamen as a practical case, the value of the subsequent service life of the reinforcement design is analyzed and introduced according to the field detection, safety appraisal and earthquake resistance appraisal. Combined with the actual situation of the project, several different overall seismic resistance reinforcement schemes are compared and analyzed. According to the calculation results, different reinforcement methods are used to strengthen the frame beam, plate,column and beam-column joints. Finally, the experience of building reinforcement is summarized and relevant suggestions are put forward.
