摘  要:以杭绍甬智慧高速项目曹娥江大桥引桥钢板梁深化设计为例,分析了在自动化、智能化、高效率低耗能的行业背景下钢板梁的深化设计及生产制造的工效,提出了一种针对该类型的钢板梁以直代曲的深化设计方法。该方法的应用,能够最大限度地吻合桥型的平曲、纵曲和预拱度线形要求,同时一方面提高了钢板梁桥型结构的图纸深化效率,另一方面可以推广钢板梁自动化组立、焊接和标准化的制造工艺。With the background of automation, intelligence, high efficiency and low energy consumption, one method of depth optimization with straight instead of curved was used for the analyses of detailed design and production efficiency based on the engineering project of Cao Waxing River bridge in Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Ningbo intelligent highway. Meeting the requirements of planar bending, longitudinal bending and pre-camber of the bridge, on the one hand, the drawing deepening efficiency of steel plate bridge was improved, on the other hand, the standardization of automatic assembly, welding and steel plate girder manufacturing technology was promoted.
