摘 要:水利工程是关系国计民生的重要内容,如何加强对其工程建设过程中的生态环境保护问题研究是当前社会亟需解决主要问题之一。论文基于环境保护理念对水利工程生态防治的必要性及机制进行了论述,对水利枢纽工程和河道治理工程的防治技术进行研究,并提出应从理念的贯彻、监管体系的构建以及因地制宜的践行等方面提高环境防护的针对性和有效性。Water conservancy engineering is an important content related to the national economy and people's livelihood. How to strengthen the research on ecological environment protection issues during its construction process is one of the main problems that urgently need to be solved in current society. Based on the concept of environmental protection, the paper discusses the necessity and mechanism of ecological prevention and control of water conservancy projects, studies the prevention and control technology of water conservancy hub projects and river treatment projects, and puts forward that we should improve the pertinence and effectiveness of environmental protection from the implementation of the concept, the construction of supervision system and the practice of adapting to local conditions.
