摘  要:针对桥梁施工时跨越桥梁、道路的难题,分析现场施工条件不便,钢箱梁与板结构、改造工程存在上下立体交叉作业,无法正常施工的现状,创造性地提出“差速顶推”施工工艺,保证箱梁内外侧运动角速度相同,线速度不同。通过控制内外侧线速度的比例,使钢箱梁按设计线路移动,完美解决了施工时跨越桥梁、道路的难题。In view of the difficulties in crossing bridges and roads during construction, it is analyzed that the on-site construction conditions are inconvenient. The steel box girder and slab structure, and the reconstruction project have vertical cross operation from top to bottom, which makes normal construction impossible. The “differential jacking”construction process is creatively proposed to ensure that the internal and external motion angular speeds of the box girder are the same and the linear speeds are different. By controlling the speed ratio of internal and external lines,the steel box girder can move according to the designed line, which perfectlysolves the problem ofcrossing bridges and roads during construction.
