摘  要:为研究开级配沥青稳定碎石基层路用性能及应用效果,解决多雨重载地区道路出现基层反射裂缝等病害,论文对原材料相应技术性质进行测试后,对ATPB混合料进行级配设计;通过进行析漏试验和飞散试验确定沥青用量范围为2.1%~3.3%;采用5组不同油石比进行马歇尔试验,确定其最佳沥青用量为2.9%;最后对开级配沥青稳定碎石基层施工工艺进行研究,提高公路施工效率和质量。In order to study the road performance and application effect of open graded asphalt stabilized gravel base, and solve the problems such as reflection cracks in the base of road in rainy and heavy load area, in this paper, after testing the corresponding technical properties of raw materials, the grading design of ATPB mixture is carried out. The range of asphalt consumption is determined to be 2.1%~3.3% by the leakage test and the flying test. Marshall test with five groups of different oil-stone ratios determined that the optimal amount of asphalt is 2.9%. Finally, the construction technology of open graded asphalt stabilized gravel base is studied to improve the efficiency and quality of highway construction.
