摘　　要：介绍QC小组的基本情况及QC活动计划,对课题选择进行详细介绍,从现状调查、目标设定、原因分析、要因确定、制定对策与实施、效果检查、巩固措施7个环节对本次QC活动进行具体阐述。本次QC活动完成了预期目标,效果显著。This paper introduces the basic situation of QC team and QC activity plan, introduces the topic selection in detail, and elaborates the QC activity from seven links: current situation investigation, goal setting, cause analysis, key cause determination, formulation and implementation of countermeasures, effect inspection, and consolidation measures. This QC activity has achieved the expected goal and achieved remarkable results.
