摘　　要：针对建筑工程施工技术及现场施工管理问题,对常见的施工技术应用要点进行分析,包括钢筋施工技术、软弱地基施工技术、混凝土施工技术、防水技术及电气接地技术,研究建筑工程施工期间的落实智慧化管理、质量管理等现场施工管理方法。Aiming at the problems of construction technology and site construction management, this paper analyzes the application points of common construction technologies, including steel bar construction technology, soft foundation construction technology, concrete construction technology, waterproof technology and electrical grounding technology, researches on the site construction management methods during the construction of building projects involves the implementation of intelligent management and quality management.
