摘　　要：为了加强项目的成本控制,签证管理成为施工企业创造利润的一项重要手段。论文主要针对施工企业在签证管理过程中存在的一些问题进行分析总结,结合施工企业签证管理的特点,从而制定一系列的解决措施,确保施工企业与参见单位各方的合理利益,提升管理水平,增强自身的竞争力,以达到互利共赢的目的。In order to better strengthen the cost control of the project, visa management has become an important means for construction enterprises to create profits. This paper mainly analyzes and summarizes some problems existing in the visa management process of construction enterprises, and combines the characteristics of visa management of construction enterprises to formulate a series of solutions to ensure the reasonable interests of all parties of construction enterprises and reference units, improve the management level and enhance their competitiveness, so as to achieve mutual benefit and win-win.
