摘 要:为了研究现有天然气管道系统输送加压氢气的适用性,分析了机械(载荷水平和循环频率)、材料(显微组织、化学成分和管道焊缝)和环境(气体压力、气体成分和温度)对于管道氢脆的影响。结果表明,管线钢的延展性和断裂韧性在氢气中明显下降,冲击试验不足以评估管线钢的氢脆性;除了材料的强度,显微组织同样是重要的影响因素;由于管线钢成分和组织的较大差异,使得现有管道系统的氢脆敏感性难以评估;可以通过在掺氢天然气中添加气体杂质,抑制或缓解管线钢对氢气的吸附。In order to investigate the applicability of existing natural gas pipeline systems for transporting pressurized hydrogen,the effects of mechanical variables(loading level and Loading frequency),materials(microstructure,chemical composition,and pipeline welds),and environment(gas pressure,gas composition,and temperature)on hydrogen induced embrittlement were analyzed.The results indicate that the ductility and fracture toughness of pipeline steel will significantly decrease in hydrogen,and impact test is not sufficient to evaluate the hydrogen brittleness of pipeline steel.In addition to the strength of the material,microstructure is also an important influencing factor.Due to significant differences in composition and microstructure of pipeline steel,it is difficult to evaluate the hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity of existing pipeline systems.Gas impurities can be added to hydrogen⁃mixed natural gas to suppress or alleviate the adsorption of hydrogen by pipeline steel.
