交易效率、海洋产业集聚与区域海洋经济分工——一个新兴古典经济学的分析框架

摘　　要：区域海洋经济快速发展导致海洋产业在空间布局呈现日益集聚化态势。基于新兴古典经济学构建两个区域两个海洋产业一种生产要素模型,阐释由交易效率所决定的海洋产业集聚和区域海洋经济分工演进关系,探讨区域海洋经济协调发展的实现。理论模型结果表明:交易效率变化决定海洋产业集聚影响下的区域海洋经济分工演进;随着交易效率提升促使海洋产业空间分布由对称均衡向集聚均衡转变,导致区域海洋经济表现出“自给自足→局部分工→完全分工”的阶段性高级化状态。产业集聚既是区域海洋经济分工的形成过程也是影响其协调发展的重要因素,海洋经济分工在提升海洋产业集聚地区生产效率的同时也缩小了地区间海洋经济的差距。The rapid development of regional marine economy has led to the spatial layout of marine industry showing an increasingly agglomerative trend.Based on the emerging classical economics,we construct a production factor model of two marine industries in two regions,explain the relationship between marine industry agglomeration and regional marine economy division of labor evolution determined by transaction efficiency,and explore the realization of regional marine economy coordinated development.The results of the theoretical model show that the change of transaction efficiency decides the evolution of regional marine industry agglomeration and division.What’s more,the transaction efficiency level plays an important role in the process of regional development of marine economy and is an influential factor of coordinated development of regional marine economy.
