摘 要:面临磷资源逐步耗竭,磷化工行业资源为王的状况,单纯地消耗资源、追求经济数量增长的发展模式正在严重威胁着磷资源的可持续利用。分析了热法黄磷生产成本的结构变化、低品位磷矿提纯的困难程度,以及低品位磷矿制酸的成功案例,提出低品位磷矿直接利用将为热法黄磷生产技术的突破及可持续高质量发展走出一条新路。Given the gradual depletion of phosphorus resources and the situation where resources are essential in the phosphorus chemical industry,the development model of simply consuming resources and pursuing economic growth is seriously threatening the sustainable utilization of phosphorus resources.The structural changes in the cost of thermal process yellow phosphorus production,the difficulty of purifying low-grade phosphate rock,and the success story of acid production from low-grade phosphate rock is examined.It is proposed that the direct utilization of low-grade phosphate rock will be a breakthrough in thermal process yellow phosphorus production technology,and sustainable and high-quality development will pave a new path.
