摘　　要：针对某硝酸铵钙反应尾气中氮氧化物排放浓度超标、反应槽上料口冒黄烟的问题,分析了这些问题存在的原因,并提出了采用石灰乳作为洗涤剂处理反应尾气的改造方案。介绍了改造后反应尾气处理工程流程、主要设备、施工方案。生产实践证明,技术改造后排放后的尾气中氮氧化物浓度大幅度降低,达到了排放要求,技术改造取得较好效果。For the problems of excessive nitrogen oxide emission concentration in the tail gas of a calcium ammonium nitrate reaction and yellow smoke from the feed inlet of the reaction tank,the causes for these problems are investigated,and a revamp scheme is proposed to use milk of lime as a detergent to treat the reaction tail gas.The process,main equipment,and construction plan of the reaction tail gas treatment revamp project are described.Production practice has proven that the concentration of nitrogen oxides in the tail gas after technical revamp has been significantly reduced,meeting emission requirements,and the technical revamp has achieved good results.
