摘  要:从污酸中回收铼的技术研究很多,实现工业化应用的较少。介绍了冶炼系统提取铼的原料、回收方法、优缺点及工业化应用情况,重点介绍了某有色冶炼厂根据自身污酸原料特点自主开发的高效回收铼及制备铼酸铵工艺,该工艺工业化应用后经济效益约375.5万元/年。There are many researches on the technology for recovering rhenium from waste acid,but few have been industrialized.The raw materials,recovery methods,advantages and disadvantages and industrial application of rhenium extracted by the smelting system are introduced.The focus is on the highly efficient rhenium recovery and ammonium rhenate preparation process independently developed by a non-ferrous smelting plant based on the characteristics of its own waste acid raw materials.After the industrial application of this process,the economic benefit is approximately 3.755 million yuan/year.
