摘 要:对大型化工企业的人员集中场所进行避难设计是发生反应失控或者泄漏事故时的重要保障措施,有助于提高企业应对事故灾害的能力。以某酸性气制硫酸装置为例,定量分析了装置风险,确定了可用为避难场所的建筑物,计算了余热锅炉爆炸和H 2 S、SO 2泄漏产生的各种危害的影响范围,并结合避难场所的设计要求,总结了避难场所防爆防毒避难设计要点。Evacuation design for large-scale chemical enterprises personnel gathering places is an important safeguard measure in the event of out-of-control reactions or leakage accidents,and helps improve the enterprise s ability to respond to accidents and disasters.Taking an acid gas sulfuric acid plant as an example,a quantitative analysis of the risks of the plant is provided,the buildings that could be used as shelters identified,the impact range of various hazards caused by waste heat boiler explosions and H 2 S and SO 2 leaks is calculated.And based on the safety requirements of the shelters,the design requirements are summarized for the key points in the design of explosion-proof and toxic-proof shelters.
