摘  要:调速器作为柴油机的控制大脑,其性能直接决定了柴油机的性能表现。本文以某精小型液压调速器为研究对象,介绍了其结构和工作原理。针对柴油机液压调速器结构复杂、维护难度高等特点,采用AMESim平台对系统各个环节进行了建模,并将各个环节进行组合,形成了系统的仿真分析模型。在此基础上,对滑阀开度压力变化、转速波动率以及动态特性等关键环节进行了分析,并将仿真结果与装机试验结果进行了对比。结果显示:调速器的转速波动率和动态特性的仿真结果与装机试验结果一致。The governor,as the control brain of the diesel engine,directly determines the engines performance.This paper focuses on a precision small hydraulic governor as the research object and introduces its structure and working principle.Considering the complex structure and high maintenance difficulty of the diesel engine hydraulic governor,the systems various components were modeled using the AMESim platform and combined to form a simulation and analysis model.Based on this model,key aspects such as the slide valve opening pressure variation,speed fluctuation rate,and dynamic characteristics were analyzed and compared with the results of the onengine tests.The results indicate that the simulation results of the governors speed fluctuation rate and dynamic characteristics are consistent with the on-engine test results.
