纤维素基复合微球的制备及对Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附性能研究

摘  要:以甘蔗渣纤维素(SBC)和海藻酸钠(SA)为基本原料,用碱化后的蒙脱土(AMt)作为增强材料,碳酸钙作为致孔剂,用聚乙烯亚胺进行改性以引入氨基基团,通过简单的交联方法制备了一种用于吸附Cu(Ⅱ)离子的高效复合吸附材料。采用FTIR、SEM、BET、TGA和XRD对材料进行了表征,考察了其在水溶液中对Cu(Ⅱ)离子的吸附性能,探究了溶液pH、吸附剂用量、Cu(Ⅱ)的初始浓度、吸附温度、吸附时间等因素对复合微球吸附Cu(Ⅱ)的影响。结果表明,当溶液初始pH=5,吸附剂用量为3g·L^(-1),Cu(Ⅱ)的初始质量浓度是500mg·L^(-1),吸附时间为240min时,复合微球对Cu(Ⅱ)离子的吸附性能最好。再生实验结果表明,经5次循环利用,再生率仍在80%以上,证明复合微球具有一定的重复利用性。An efficient composite adsorbent material for the adsorption of Cu(Ⅱ)ions was prepared by a simple cross-linking method using sugarcane bagasse cellulose(SBC)and sodium alginate(SA)as the basic raw materials,alkalinized montmorillonite(AMt)as the reinforcing material,calcium carbonate as the porogenic agent,and polyethyleneimine for modification with the introduction of amino groups.The materials were characterized by FTIR,SEM,BET,TGA and XRD,and their adsorption performance on Cu(Ⅱ)ions in aqueous solution was investigated.The effects of solution pH,adsorbent dosage,initial concentration of Cu(Ⅱ),adsorption temperature and adsorption time on the adsorption of Cu(Ⅱ)by composite pellets were investigated.The results showed that the best adsorption performance of the composite pellets on Cu(Ⅱ)ions was achieved when the initial pH of the solution was 5,the amount of adsorbent was 3g/L,the initial mass concentration of Cu(Ⅱ)was 500 mg/L,and the adsorption time was 240 min.The regeneration experiments showed that the regeneration rate was still above 80%after five cycles of recycling,which proved that the composite pellets had certain reusability.
