摘 要:本文以环己烷为溶剂,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,端羧基聚酯与小分子阳离子聚胺发生酯化反应,合成了一种新型的改性聚酯原油破乳剂。采用正交实验设计,探讨了反应物配比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量对改性产物的破乳性能的影响。通过FTIR对产物的分子结构进行了表征。改性反应的最佳工艺条件为:聚胺用量1.5g,催化剂用量0.2g,反应时间4h,此时破乳率为87.2%。破乳性能测试结果表明,在最佳条件下合成的改性聚酯原油破乳剂,对原油具有较好的破乳效果,破乳效果优于传统破乳剂SP-169。A new modified polyester crude oil demulsifier was synthesized with carboxyl-terminated polyester and small molecular cationic polyamine through esterification reaction applied cyclohexane as solvent and p-toluenesulfonic acid as the catalyst.Through the orthogonal experimental design,the effects of reactant ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time and catalyst dosage on the demulsification performance of modified products were studied.The optimum technological conditions of modification reaction were as followed:polyamide 1.5g,p-toluenesulfonic acid 0.2g,the reaction time 4h.The demulsification rate was 87.2%.The molecular structure of the product was characterized by FTIR.The test results of demulsification performance showed that the modified polyester demulsifier synthesized under the optimum conditions had good demulsification effect on crude oil.The demulsification effect was better than that of demulsifier SP-169.
