摘  要:在IEC 60079-10-2:2009《爆炸性环境第10-2部分:区域分类.易燃灰尘环境》21区防爆要求限制下,文中开发出65 m大跨距防爆多机共轨的智能化全封闭煤料场门式刮板取料机的主副刮板取料装置分体式独立结构,各刮板可独立控制,实现无盲区取料作业。设计了主动连杆式平衡导向机构,解决了刮板门架的偏载问题,降低了行走阻力。开发出的大跨距门式刮板取料机门架结构优化设计技术可实现门架强度、刚度和变形量的最佳匹配,达到轻量化目的。构建多机共轨堆取料机智能化控制系统,实现在全封闭煤料场防爆要求下的无人值守。As for the 65-m long-span,explosion-proof and multi-machine common rail intelligent fully-enclosed gantry scraper reclaimer in coal yard,subject to the explosion-protection requirements of area 21 in IEC 60079-10-2:2009 Explosive Atmospheres-Part 10-2:Classification of Areas-Combustible Dust Atmospheres,a split independent structure of the main and auxiliary scraper reclaimer was developed,which can realize independent control of each scraper and take materials without blind spots.The active linkage balance guide mechanism is adopted to solve the unbalanced load of the scraper gantry and reduce the walking resistance.A set of optimization design technology for portal frame structure of longspan gantry scraper reclaimer was developed,and the optimal matching of portal frame strength,stiffness and deformation and lightweight design goals are realized.An intelligent control system of multi-machine common rail stacker-reclaimer was constructed,which realizes unattended operation subject to the requirement of explosion protection in the fully enclosed coal yard.
