摘　　要：多学科背景下的移民治理研究需要有若干统摄全局的基本范畴作为分析和诠释性工具。鉴于全球异常多样的文明与文化组合、民族与国家建构模式,不同历史时段条件下移民治理将面临诸多挑战。移民治理制度安排不仅关涉地区组织和政治精英围绕现代性争议的价值取舍、以文明为基础的认同构建,也涉及区域和国家发展空间的优先选择。围绕移民治理所引发的激烈争论,表明了这场争论的涉及面已远远超出了地缘政治经济、区域治理等领域,而成为大历史时代一个重要而复杂的区域合作与竞争空间的开端,需要从区域、国家和社会等多层面进行创造性建构。Migration governance research in a multidisciplinary context requires several overarching fundamental categories as analytical and interpretive tools.Given the world's unusually diverse civilizations,cultural assemblages and modes of nation and state construction,immigration governance will face many challenges in different historical periods.Regional immigration governance arrangements are not only concerned with the value choice and civilization-based identity construction of regional organizations and political elites surrounding modernity disputes,but also with the prioritization of regional and national development space.The fierce debate over immigration governance shows that the scope of this debate has become the beginning of an important and complex space for regional cooperation and competition in the historical era,which has gone far beyond geopolitical economy,regional governance and other domains.At the same time,creative construction is required at the regional,national and social levels.
