摘  要:为了解云南地方品种盐津乌骨鸡感染禽白血病病毒(ALV)的情况,从云南省盐津县某规模化盐津乌骨鸡种鸡场中分离ALV,并对1株ALV-J(YN2021株)的全基因组进行序列分析。结果显示,该场乌骨鸡的ALV感染阳性率为16.66%,以ALV-J亚型感染为主,也存在ALV-B亚型单独感染和ALV-J/B亚型混合感染。测序表明YN2021株基因组全长7 618 bp,与参考毒株核苷酸同源性为65.0%~97.1%,其中env基因N端糖基化位点与参考毒株存在差异;遗传进化分析显示,YN2021株可能是由ALV广东株和广西株重组产生的。本研究首次报道了云南地方品种盐津乌骨鸡中ALV-J的全基因序列,为我国研究ALV-J遗传进化奠定了基础。To understand the infection of avian leukosis virus(ALV)in Yunnan local breed Yanjin black bone silky fowl,an ALV strain was isolated from a large-scale breeder farm of Yanjin black bone silky fowl in Yanjin County,Yunnan Province,and the whole genome of the ALV-J(strain YN2021)was analyzed by sequence.The results showed that the ALV infection positive rate of fowl in the farm was 16.66%,and ALV-J subtype infection was predominant,while ALV-B subtype single infection and mixed ALV-J/B subtype infection were also present.Sequencing analysis showed that the size of YN2021 strain genome was 7618 bp,and the nucleotide homology was from 65.0%to 97.1%with the reference strains,and the N-terminal glycosylation site of the env gene was differed from the reference strain.The genetic evolutionary analysis showed that strain YN2021 might be generated by recombination from ALV Guangdong strains and ALV Guangxi strains.In this study,the whole gene sequence of ALV-J was reported for the first time in the local breed of Yunnan Yanjin black bone silky fowl,which laid the foundation for studying the genetic evolution of ALV-J in China.
