摘  要:近年来,城市黑臭水体的治理是我国水环境保护的主要工作之一,大量的城市黑臭水体需要进行识别与监测。成都市的黑臭水体的监测研究以成都市主城区为研究区域,利用高分2号卫星遥感影像数据,在进行采样点的选取后,解析其正常水体和黑臭水体的光谱特征,并根据成都市黑臭水体的光谱特征选取了适宜的黑臭水识别模型,在黑臭水的识别指数上建立了归一化的黑臭水监测指数(BMI),用于黑臭水体的长期监测。结果表明:(1)经过模型计算结果对比,WCI指数模型的识别精度最高、具有较好的一致性,所以其更适宜成都市黑臭水体的识别。(2)经过对2015年、2017年的黑臭水监测指数BMI的对比分析,加以成都市水务局的黑臭水治理报告验证,BMI监测指数具有较好的趋势一致性,能对黑臭水监测起到一定的判断作用。(3)黑臭水的卫星遥感监测能提高工作效率,并能长时间地对城市黑臭水体进行动态监测。In recent years,the management of urban black-odor water bodies is one of the main work of water environmental protection in China,and a large number of urban black-odor water bodies need to be identified and monitored.The study on the monitoring of black-odor water bodies in Chengdu takes the main urban area of Chengdu as the study area,used the remote sensing image data of GF-2 satellite,after the selection of sampling points,analyzed the spectral characteristics of normal water bodies and black-odor water bodies,selected an appropriate black-odor water identification model according to the spectral characteristics of black-odor water bodies in Chengdu,and established a normalized black-odor water monitoring index(BMI)based on the identification index of black-odor water for the long-term monitoring of black-odor water bodies.The results showed that:after comparing four models'calculation results,the WCI index model has the highest identification accuracy and better consistency,so it is more suitable for the identification of black-odor water bodies in Chengdu.②Through the comparative analysis of the black-odor water monitoring index BMI in 2015 and 2017,and verified by the black-odor water management report of Chengdu Municipal Water Affairs Bureau,the BMI monitoring index has a good trend consistency and can play a certain role in judging black-odor water monitoring.③Satellite remote sensing monitoring can improve work efficiency and provide dynamic monitoring of urban black-odor water bodies for a long time.
