高级执法资格考试和法考在警院教学中实战技巧研究

摘　　要：高级执法考试的难度与法律职业资格考试难度相当,内容部分重叠和交叉。警院教学中应将“高级执法资格考试”和“国家统一法律职业资格考试”融入到公安学教育中,警察院校的警务技能培训教育衔接高级执法资格考试与法律职业资格考试制度,可结合执法实战教学,提升法治素养,适应日益复杂的警情环境,培养创新与实践能力,充分发挥公安院校对公安机关执法规范化建设的推动作用。The difficulty of the senior law enforcement examination is similar to that of the national uni⁃fied legal professional qualification examination,and the content partially overlaps and intersects.These two examinations should be integrated into the public security education in the teaching of police acade⁃my.Therefore,the police skill training education of the police academy can be combined with practical law enforcement,to improve the quality of rule of law,adapt to the increasingly complex police environ⁃ment,and cultivate innovation and practical ability,so as to give full play to the role of public security colleges in promoting the standardization of law enforcement of public security organs.
