摘　　要：基于认知心理学、口岸卫生检疫业务属性、队伍建设要求、技能培训现状,提出加强口岸卫生检疫技能培训。建议以公共卫生执业医师资格考试为导向,强化技能培训制度建设;创建基础技能实训中心和现场作业实训教学点,开发配套技能培训新课程;创新技能培训教学方法,打造优质技能培训教师队伍,从而构建口岸卫生检疫规范化技能培训实践体系。通过黄埔海关卫生检疫技能培训体系初步创建的成效,说明口岸卫生检疫技能培训实践体系构建设想的可行性和有效性。Based on cognitive psychology,the business attributes of port health quarantine,the requirements for team building,the current status of skill training.This article proposes to strengthen the training of port health quarantine skills.Under the guidance of medical licensing examination for public health,it is recommended to enhance the construction of a standardized skill training practice system,establish a basic skill training center and a field operation training site,develop new skill training courses,innovate skills training and teaching methods,and build a team of high-quality skill training teachers,thereby constructing a standardized skill training and practice system for port health quarantine.The preliminary establishment of the skill training system for port health quarantine at Huangpu Customs shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the construction of skill training and practice system.
