摘  要:针对交流滤波器的电容器组件易出现故障问题,结合监测系统的电能质量数据,提出了一种基于谐波滤除率变化的交流滤波器电容器组故障诊断方法。通过采集电能质量监测谐波数据,并计算分析谐波滤除率变化,判断谐波滤波电容故障,进而实现对电容故障预警。利用MATLAB软件建立含有双调谐交流滤波器的电路模型,仿真结果有效证实了方法的可靠性。该故障诊断方法在无需安装额外设备的情况下,能够提前发现设备故障及预警,方便管理、成本较低。Capacitor components of AC filters are prone to failures,so the paper,according to power quality data of the monitoring system,proposes a fault diagnosis method for capacitor components of AC filters based on the change of harmonic filter rate.Through collecting har-monic data from power quality monitoring system and analyzing changes of harmonic filter rate,the harmonic filter capacitor fault is judged and the capacitor fault warning is realized.After building a circuit model with the double-tuned AC filter in the MATLAB,the simulation results effectively verify its reliability.This fault diagnosis method can detect equipment failures and give warnings in advance without in-stalling other additional equipments,which is convenient for management and low-cost.
