摘　　要：针对二段转化炉上部人孔区域外壁温度偏高的现象,提出局部修复耐火衬里的方法,通过选择修复材料、确认修复范围、严格控制修复质量,保证了二段转化炉安全、满负荷运行,并根据修复后运行情况,提出了后续改进建议。In response to the high temperature on the outer wall of the upper manhole area of the secondary converter,a partial repair method for refractory lining was proposed.Repair materials were selected and the repair scope was confirmed,and the repair quality was strictly controlled to guarantee the safety and full load operation of the converter.Based on the operation situation after the repair,subsequent improvement measures were proposed.
