摘　　要：介绍合成氨装置二段转化炉系统的概况及运行情况,论述了生产过程能耗高的原因,制定并实施了针对性的解决措施,使二段转化炉、废热锅炉和高温变换炉的运行效果得到明显改善。This paper introduced the general situation and the operation of the two-stage conversion process system in synthetic ammonia plant,discussed the causes of high energy consumption in the production process and presented pertinent solutions,which brought apparent improvement to the operation of secondary reformer,the waste heat boiler and the high temperature converter.
