摘  要:通过对二氧化碳汽提塔换热列管腐蚀情况的分析研究,判断腐蚀增速原因为高压系统氧含量偏低、氨碳比偏低、系统水碳比偏高、汽提塔加热蒸汽压力偏高、汽提塔列管进料不均等,从工艺条件及设备局部更新两方面采取相应解决措施,减缓了汽提塔列管腐蚀速率,延长了汽提塔使用寿命。Through the analysis and research on the corrosion of heat exchange tube of carbon dioxide stripper,it is concluded that the reasons for the corrosion are low oxygen content in high pressure system,low ammonia carbon ratio,high water carbon ratio,high steam pressure of stripper and unequal feeding of stripper tube.The corrosion rate of stripper tube was reduced and the service life of stripper was prolonged by taking corresponding measures from two aspects of process conditions and partial equipment updating.
