摘 要:胸壁重建是胸部外科手术后,修复受损胸壁结构,恢复胸壁正常功能的一种常用手段。当前,自体皮瓣已成为胸壁软组织重建公认的一种理想材料,但关于胸壁骨架重建材料的选择仍存在较大争议。除自体骨骼以外,非可降解材料是临床应用较多的一种胸壁重建材料,具有良好的组织强度及稳定性,且并发症较少。同时,随着胸壁重建材料研究的持续深入,生物可降解材料成为了临床应用试验及胸壁重建材料性质改良研究的新热点,其中3D打印可吸收材料具有较高的临床可行性。本文主要就胸壁重建材料的应用现状及进展展开综述。Chest wall reconstruction is a common method to repair the damaged chest wall structure and restore the normal function of the chest wall after thoracic surgery.At present,autologous skin flaps have become an ideal material for chest wall soft tissue reconstruction,but there is still much controversy about the choice of chest wall skeleton reconstruction materials.In addition to autologous bone,non-degradable material is a kind of chest wall reconstruction material with many clinical applications,which has good tissue strength and stability,and has fewer complications.At the same time,with the continuous deepening of the research on chest wall reconstruction materials,biodegradable materials have become a new hot spot in clinical application experiments and research on the improvement of the properties of chest wall reconstruction materials.Among them,3D printed absorbable materials have high clinical feasibility.Based on this,the application status and progress of chest wall reconstruction materials were reviewed in this paper.
