摘　　要：本研究建立了一种采用高效液相色谱法同时测定45%甲维·虱螨脲水分散粒剂中甲维盐和虱螨脲含量的定量分析方法。该方法使用C18色谱柱为固定相,以甲醇∶乙腈∶水+氨水=45∶40∶15(V/V)+0.1%氨水为流动相,在UV检测器检测波长为254 nm的色谱条件下对样品进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,在此条件下甲维盐和虱螨脲的分离度较好,方法的线性相关系数分别为0.996和0.998(R^(2)>0.99);相对标准偏差分别为0.82%和0.45%;平均回收率分别为98.67%和100.16%。该方法的分离效果、线性关系、精密度和准确度良好,可有效用于复配产品中甲维盐和虱螨脲的分析检测。To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of emamectin benzoate and lufenuron in compound products,methanol:acetonitrile:water(45:40:15,V/V)+0.1%ammonian as mobile phase,with C18 column and UV detector were used to separate and quantitatively analyze emamectin benzoate·lufenuron 45%WG at 254 nm.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of emamectin benzoate and lufenuron were 0.996 and 0.998(R^(2)>0.99).The relative standard deviations were 0.82%and 0.45%,and the average recoveries were 98.67%and 100.16%,respectively.The method could be used for the determination of emamectin benzoate and lufenuron in compound products effectively,with good separation effect,linear relations,precision and accuracy.
