摘　　要：目前,商业银行公司金融业务面临资金成本高企、贷款利率下行,大行业务下沉,中小银行优势业务受挤压等问题,公司金融业务走出困境必须坚持数字化转型。数字化转型推动公司金融业务的转型,即要牢牢抓住客户主体管理脉络,围绕公司金融发展目标,夯实技术基础,构建“以客户为中心,以市场为导向,以技术为抓手”的对公金融业务转型发展新理念,搭建具有多种数据标签的客户关系管理信息系统,实现公司金融转型与数字化转型同步,不断拓展公司客户为主体的业务附加与延伸,从而不断做大做强做优公司金融。At present,the corporate financial business of commercial banks is faced with such problems as high capital cost,declining loan interest rate,sinking business of large banks,and squeezing advantageous busi-ness of small and medium-sized banks.Therefore,the corporate financial business must adhere to digital transfor-mation to get out of difficulties.The digital transformation promotes the transformation of the company's financial business,that is,firmly grasp the customer main management context,focus on the company's financial develop-ment goals,strengthen the technical foundation,build a“customer-centered,market-oriented,technology-orient-ed”new concept of the transformation and development of the public financial business,and build a customer rela-tionship management information system with a variety of data labels.To realize the synchronization of the compa-ny's financial transformation and digital transformation,and constantly expand the company's customer-oriented business addition and extension,so as to continuously make the company's financial bigger,stronger and better.
