摘 要:为了更准确地测量学生用液体胶黏剂中丙烯酰胺的含量,基于《测量不确定度评定与表示指南》构建了一个数学模型,对其进行不确定度评定。通过对不同干扰因子所产生的不确定度进行分析并合成不确定度,揭示了影响胶黏剂中丙烯酰胺含量测量的主要原因,得出了造成不确定度分量的主要原因,并对结果进行了讨论。方法不确定度的主要来源是标准曲线溶液配制和样品重复性。当样品中丙烯酰胺含量为0.003675g/kg时,扩展不确定度为0.000022 g/kg(k=2)。In order to more accurately measure the content of acrylamide in liquid adhesives for students,a mathematical model was constructed based on the"Guidelines for Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty"to evaluate its uncertainty.By analyzing and synthesizing the uncertainty generated by different interference factors,the main factors affecting the measurement of acrylamide content in adhesives were revealed,the main reasons for the uncertainty component were identified,and the results were discussed.The main sources of method uncertainty are the preparation of standard curve solutions and sample repeatability.When the acrylamide content in the sample is 0.003675 g/kg,the expanded uncertainty is 0.000022 g/kg(k=2).
