摘  要:吡啶碱是精细化工的重要原料,在医药、农药等领域应用广泛,市场需求较大。醇氨法制备吡啶碱由于原料来源广泛、价格低廉和绿色环保等优点,具有较高的开发和研究价值。首先综述了乙醇/氨反应合成吡啶碱工艺,评述了其优缺点及所涉及的催化剂;然后介绍了乙醇/氨反应制备吡啶碱的合成机理,并对其所需要着重解决的问题进行了归纳总结;最后,展望了醇氨反应制备吡啶碱的发展前景。Pyridine bases are important raw materials in fine chemical industry,which have been widely used in medicine,pesticide and other fields,and have a great market demand.The synthesis of pyridine bases via alcohol/ammoni a reaction has high development and research value because of the advantages of wide source of raw materials,low price and environmental friendly.In this paper,the process of synthesizing pyridine base from ethanol/ammonia reaction are re viewed,the advantages and disadvantages as well as the catalysts involved are discussed.Then,the synthesis mechanisms of pyridine bases prepared by ethanol/ammonia reaction are introduced,and the key issues that need to be addressed are summarized.Finally,the development prospects for the preparation of pyridine bases through alcohol ammonia reaction are prospected.
