信息化时代汉字的凤凰涅槃及其对国际中文教育的启示--以日本汉字为例

摘　　要：对于日本而言,西方机械化文字处理技术不只是一场技术冲击,更是一场文化冲击。日文打字机的问世虽然使日本汉字暂时摆脱了危机,但汉字于信息化文字处理技术的“不适症”再次使其面临被废除的命运。随着日语文字处理机、面向计算机的汉字处理系统的面世,汉字最终适应了信息化文字处理技术,实现了汉字发展史上的一次伟大进步,并为国际中文教育提供了坚实牢固的语言根基。国际中文教育应充分把握中国硬实力持续强大的时机,在向世界传播汉语语言文化的同时,不断提升中华文化的国际影响力,与世界文明交流互鉴,推动人类命运共同体的构建。For Japan,western mechanized word processing technology is not only a technical development,but also a cultural shock.Although the advent of Japanese typewriters has temporarily lifted Chinese hieroglyphs out of danger,the arrival of the information age once again plunge Chinese hieroglyphs in the Japanese language into a new dilemma.However,Chinese hiero-glyphs finally successfully adapt to the information processing technology of the new era,realize a dramatic development in the history of the development of Chinese hieroglyphs,and provide a solid language foundation for international Chinese education.As a result,international Chinese education ought to seize the opportunity that the rejuvenating China provides and actively construct a global second-language education pattern to spread Chinese language and culture to the world,constantly enhancing the international influence of Chinese civilization,meanwhile,disseminating Chinese culture worldwide,promoting the con-struction of a community with a shared future for mankind.
