摘　　要：农村电商生态经济系统的构建是促进农村经济发展和实现乡村振兴战略的重要举措,高效的运行机制是农村电商生态经济系统落到实处的关键所在。本文通过系统梳理乡村振兴背景下农村电商的发展现状和存在的问题,深入分析农村电商生态经济系统的构建意义和价值,研究农村电商生态经济系统的组成要素、相互关系和演化机制,从信息共享与传递机制、资源配置与优化机制、合作与协同机制、监管与政策支持机制四方面提出了具体运行机制,旨在实现农村经济的蓬勃发展,推动乡村振兴战略的实施。The establishment of ecological and economic systems of rural e-commerce is an important initiative to promote rural economic development and realize the strategy of rural revitalization,and an efficient operation mechanism is the key to putting the ecological and economic systems of rural e-commerce into practice.In this paper,we systematically sort out the development status and existing problems of rural e-commerce in the context of rural revitalization,analyze in depth the significance and values of the establishment of ecological and economic systems of rural e-commerce,study the constituents,interrelationships,and evolution mechanisms of ecological and economic systems of rural e-commerce,and put forward concrete proposals of operation in four aspects,namely,the mechanism of information sharing and transmission,the mechanism of resource allocation and optimization,the mechanism of cooperation and synergy,the mechanism of supervision and policy support,aiming to achieve the vigorous development of the rural economy and promote the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.
