摘 要:本文选取2013—2021年A股所有企业的人力资源相关数据和中国宏观经济数据,将是否设立自贸区视为政策变动,采用倾向得分匹配-双重差分模型(PSM-DID)进行估计,推导出自贸区建设与企业创新意识提升共同促进导致人力规模的增长,自贸区的经济效应则会影响当地企业的用人偏好进而影响总体员工总薪酬水平。而从分地区的研究结果中可以发现,自贸区目前对内陆地区的劳动力规模有显著促进作用,并且内陆和沿海地区的员工职能偏好上有较大差异。This paper selects human resources-related data and China’s macroeconomic data of all A-share enterprises from 2013 to 2021,regards whether to set up free trade zones as a policy change and uses the propensity score matchingdifference-in-difference model(PSM-DID)for estimation.It is deduced that the construction of free trade zones and the improvement of enterprise innovation consciousness jointly promote the growth of human scale,and the economic effect of free trade zones will affect the employment preferences of local enterprises and then affect the total salary level of employees.From the sub-regional research results,it can be found that the free trade zones currently have a significant role in promoting the scale of the labor force in inland areas,and there are large differences in the functional preferences of employees in inland and coastal areas.
