西部地区产业结构升级水平测度及影响因素探究

摘　　要：产业转型升级是推动我国高质量发展的必要手段,科学测度产业结构升级水平具有重要意义。综合应用产业结构超前系数、More值等指标,本文基于2006—2020年西部地区十一个省份的相关统计数据,对西部地区产业转型升级方向、速度及水平进行测度,并在此基础上构建回归模型,探究影响产业结构升级的因素。结果表明:第一,西部地区主要向第三产业转型,多数省份第一、第二产业发展相对滞后,第三产业发展超前;第二,我国西部地区各省份产业升级速率较快,但地区差异较大;第三,我国西部地区产业高度化水平整体有明显提升,但地区间存在差异较大;第四,经济发展水平、政府干预、对外开放水平对我国西部地区产业升级起到显著的正向作用。Industrial transformation and upgrading is a necessary means to promote China’s high-quality development,and it is of great significance to scientifically measure the level of industrial structure upgrading.Comprehensively applying indicators such as industrial structure overrun coefficient and More value,this paper measures the trend,speed and level of industrial transformation and upgrading in the western regions based on relevant statistical data of eleven provinces in the western regions from 2006 to 2020,and constructs a regression model based on which to explore factors affecting the upgrading of industrial structure.The results show that:first,the western regions are mainly transformed to the tertiary industry,and most of the provinces are relatively lagging in the development of primary and secondary industries,and ahead in the development of tertiary industry;second,the rate of industrial upgrading of the provinces in the western regions of China is relatively fast,but the regional differences are large;third,there is an obvious improvement in the overall level of industrial heightening in the western regions of China,but there are large differences between regions;fourth,the level of economic development,government intervention,and the level of opening up play a significant positive role in the industrial upgrading of China’s western regions.
